In January 2023, we transitioned from our original website to a new one. This move was driven by our commitment to providing you with an exceptional customer experience and a high-performing website.
However, the new site encountered technical issues, leading to several customer complaints. After careful consideration, we take these concerns seriously and have returned to our original website, which has consistently delivered an excellent experience for over a decade.
Before moving back, we completely redesigned this website. We should have never moved away; the proverb "The grass isn't greener" was written for this situation.
Although orders placed between January 2022 and July 2024 are not viewable on your account page here, we want to assure you that, according to our legal obligations, they are still stored on our order management system. Your orders are safe and secure.
All customer loyalty point balances were migrated to your account page here. You will see a journal entry stating 'Admin Adjustment'—this is your outstanding balance that was migrated here.
We apologise for any disruption. Although we didn't intend to build a new website, we are delighted to be back here.
