I didn't receive a password reset email!Updated a month ago
You should check two things if you have waited a few minutes and still haven't received your password reset email.
Firstly, please check your junk mail folder. As this is an automated email, it is very common for it to end up in a junk folder due to its automated nature.
If you have waited a few minutes and an email has yet to arrive, please check that you already have an account with us.
We don't create accounts on behalf of customers unless we have been explicitly instructed to do so. This can happen when you check the tick box on our checkout page or sign up through our account sign-up page.
It isn't uncommon for even longstanding customers to continually check out as guests (without an account).
To ensure you have an account with us, please sign up for a new account; the system won't let you create a new account if you are an existing account hold.
